Nobex Partners Referral Program

 

1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing Nobex Partners users (“Referrers”) subscribed to paid plans who refer new users (“Referees”) to Nobex Partners.

 

2. Referral Process: Referrers may refer potential Referees by sharing a unique referral code provided by Nobex Partners. Referees must provide this code to Nobex Partners’ support team when signing up for a Nobex Partners account.

 

3. Referral Limitation: Referrers must be subscribed to an active paid plan. Referrers may refer a maximum of 3 potential Referees in a calendar year.

 

4. Referral Credit: Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a credit equivalent to one month’s subscription fee (excluding usage-based fees) OR for annual plans a credit equivalent to one twelfth of their annual subscription fee (excluding usage-based fees) toward their current Nobex Partners subscription plan for each successful referral. A successful referral is defined as a Referee who signs up for a Nobex Partners account using the Referrer’s unique referral code and successfully launches a Nobex Partners app.

 

5. Launching App Requirement: To qualify for the referral credit, the Referee must launch the Nobex Partners app successfully within a reasonable timeframe determined by Nobex Partners.

 

6. Credit Redemption: Referral credits will be applied automatically to the subscription plan of both the Referrer and the Referee once the referral conditions are met.

 

7. Non-Launching Referees: If a Referee fails to launch the Nobex Partners app successfully, neither the Referrer nor the Referee will receive the referral credit.

 

8. Credit Limitations: Referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user’s account. They can only be applied towards Nobex Partners subscription plans. The credit can only be applied to an active subscription.

 

9. Termination: Nobex Partners reserves the right to suspend or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

 

10. Modification of Terms: Nobex Partners reserves the right to modify or amend these terms of use at any time. Referrers and Referees are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Nobex Partners referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms of use.
