  • UPDATE: October 20, 2025 3:06pm EDT – disruption caused by the Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage are resolved and apps and Partner Dashboard are performing as expected. We continue to monitor for the time being.
  • NOTICE: October 20, 2025 9:03am EDT – we are aware that a current Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage is affecting parts of our platform. As a result, some station apps may fail to load or experience intermittent connectivity issues. While Amazon has resolved the total outage, some intermitted connectivity issues persist. Our team is monitoring the situation and will update as more information is available.
  • iOS applications running versions 4.11.17 and lower will begin to experience issues with the in-app player after users upgrade to iOS 14 and higher. If your app is not running higher than 4.11.17 you will need to update the app
  • iOS applications running version 4.11.36 and lower with YouTube content integrated may experience issues displaying content.
